Rachel Roy has been busy as a fashion bee designing and putting the finishing touches on a glamorous renovated showroom, which she’s modeled after a pre-war Parisian apartment. Although she has had all of that going on she found time to share the Pre-Fall 2012 Collection with us which is filled with smooth plunging necklines and color blocking.
