The Fourteen dresses once worn by the most recognizable woman in the world, Princess Diana, were sold at the Waddington Auction House in Canada earlier this week. The dresses which had been owned by philanthropist Maureen Rorech Dunkel, acquired the dresses at an AIDS and Cancer charity event just eight weeks before Diana’s tragic car accident. The dresses range in price from $175,000 – $500,000 each, but the dress she to the White house when she dance with John Travolta is said to reach a $1 Million. The last dress that was owned by princess Diana was sold at auction for $276,000.
