There are just going to be some people in life who are going to doubt you. It is because they have a limited belief system and can’t see further than their own skillset and gifts. No matter what you do with your life — whether you go to college or fine tune your craft; build a business or climb the rungs of the corporate ladder; get married or sail through the world solo — some people will support you, while others will criticize your choices and doubt your ability to succeed. The moment you live your dreams, not because of what it will prove or get you, but because that is all you want to do. People’s opinions don’t matter. You can choose to listen to those negative people, or tell them to go into a dark room to develop.
There are things you can do to keep those negative vibrators at bay:
1. Talk to the man in the mirror and refute the claims
2.Hear your haters, but pay them no mind.
3.Don’t surround yourself with too many skeptics.
4.Give them a reason to believe in you.
5.Get up after every fall.
I also want you to remember these 7 things about the people who don’t support you.
1. Your passion is a priority
2.Sometimes others are insecure
3. Life is real short
4.Others may not fully understand
5. You can’t please everyone in life
6.You can do this without their support
7.Remember all things is possible
Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma – which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of other’s opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary. ~Steve Jobs
The answer is simply keep being you.
