Target is out to get all of the fashionistas!Target has released their latest installment of “Shops at Target.” There are four new shops this season including Kirna Zabete, Patch NYC, Odin and The Curiosity Shoppe. The “Shops” will launch on September 9th. Right in time for fashion week!
