Self-made beauty industry entrepreneur, Ming Lee of SnobLife Studio, hosted the second ‘Atlanta takeover’ for her popular branding and marketing seminar series. The packed event was held at one of Atlanta’s most popular event spaces, 595 North, the seminar allowed guests to enjoy a delicious brunch, conversation and branding and marketing tips provided by the head “snob”.“VIP Snobs” enjoyed a pre-brunch, buffet style, provided by top catering company Pretti Plates.
This gourmet southern cuisine consisted of yummy blackened lobster tails, shrimp & grits, Belgian waffles, chicken sausage, tomato and kale egg scramble, hash brown casserole and breakfast mimosas. VIP guests also were given front row seating at a table with plush decor by elite decorating company, Snazzy Events, as well as a pink snob gift bag filled with wonderful items. Wrapping the brunch portion, the doors of 595 North officially opened for all attendees to enter the seminar, indulge in the snob-themed sweets bar by My Fair Sweets and take their seats. At each seat, they found a pink Snob Life notebook and Ming’s Marketing Manual that contained all of Ming’s marketing secrets and tips to assist in each snob reaching their goals.Ming opened the seminar, in sunglasses, her signature look, to show the ladies no matter how big you may get, you can still be nervous or have ‘stage fright’. Ming then began to share her journey within the beauty industry and heard some of her biggest failures and successes. Ming invited special guest speakers who provided their knowledge in their respective fields that would also assist in creating a strong brand. The first guest was Pat Dixon of Dixon | Williams LLC, a legal duo who specialize in trademarks and intellectual property. The second guest was Kareem Thompson of Petie Parker Web Design, a graphic and website design agency.
Closing out the seminar, the floor opened to a socially interactive ‘ask Ming’ segment, where we encouraged attendees and Ming’s social followers who may not have been able to attend, to tweet Ming a question to be answered live at seminar. This gave a chance for her 500k + audience to all engage in this super beneficial seminar, and learn some cool branding and marketing tips. “My biggest dream is to help spread knowledge to those with the same entrepreneur dreams that I have,” Ming states, “As a young business woman coming up, the most important help was true advice from those who have lived it, and this seminar is my chance to share how I got to where I am with young business owners worldwide. We are not in competition, we should always help each other grow!”
We would like to thank our gift bag sponsors: House of B Jewels, Dezign Auyuan Natural, TGL Interiors, Wink Natural Cosmetics, LeKair Natural Curl, and What’s Good E-Beanie.
