Kanye West has legally proven that he didn’t steal anybody’s work for his hit single “Stronger”. The boyfriend of Kim Kardashian has officially claimed victory in a lawsuit against producer Vincent Peters, who sued the rapper in June 2010, claiming that the single lifted off Yeezy’s “Graduation” was actually his. “Although the fact that both songs quote from a 19th century German philosopher might, at first blush, seem to be an unusual coincidence, West correctly notes that the aphorism has been repeatedly invoked in song lyrics over the past century,” claimed Judge Diane Wood.
