Luvbugs! I have to tell you about the yummy in my tummy!!!! But first, I have to tell you that you must visit Jaguar experience Latin America through dishes
inspired by the different cultures and tastes found throughout the different countries.
Each dish I tried captured each country’s unique personality and deliver it to Miami.
Jaguar created an inviting atmosphere with soft burgundy and yellow ceilings and walls,painted with natural flower pigments from Oaxaca. The paintings are by artist Dionisio Ceballos, recognized at the Cannes Film Festival with art showcased in the film “Frida” with Salma Hayek.
The menu is divided into yummy categories:

If my stomach had enough room, I would have tried everything on the menu! But I opted for the Caesar salad, strawberry frozen drink (with a little touch of happiness), Mexican tortilla lasagna filled with Chicken, Poblano peppers, corn, tomato sauce, cream, topped w/melted cheese.
I almost attacked my snookums for his Chicken & Three Cheese Quesadilla filled with Chihuahua, Parmesan & Manchego cheeses, Poblano chiles, corn, zucchini, grilled chicken served w/pico de gallo, and sour cream.
My wonderful waitress was on standby doubling as his security guard! Make sure you stop by and ask for Melida.
