May 17, 2013 – Atlanta, GA The International Music Conference gave New York City’s music scene a shot of energy on Tuesday night during a special promotional event at Toshi’s Living Room & Penthouse.
Established in 2011 to encapsulate the new music industry worldwide, the avant garde of music conferences, the IMC, continued to share its commitment of connecting music professionals with clear routes of collaboration throughout the international music market.
The night was sponsored by SESAC and was kicked off with opening remarks by SESAC’s Atlanta head, Peniece LeGall. David Miller, Atlantic Record’s VP, International Marketing also said a few words about his role at Atlantic, being on the board of IMC and the significance of the conference.
Music was provided by award-winning UK DJ, Manny Norte as well as featured performances from Wolf Colony, Travis McClung, Majee, Hal Linton and Vickie Natale.

Celebrity talk host Wendy Williams made her way to Atlanta for her book signing for her latest book, “Ask Wendy” at Barnes and Noble in Buckhead (Atlanta). There were hundreds of fans awaiting the queen of daytime talk. She came in at 7 p.m. on time to be exact! She looked fab in all black everything! The book sold out in minutes. Fans left to go other stores just to get the book! Wendy drew a diverse crowd. If I would not have known better, I would have said Wendy was running for office! Young, old, and people with disabilities all came out to get a glimpse and to hear her say, “How you doin?” She has patience of Job because after signing book number 200 I would have stamped their books! LOL. Even Kenya Moore’s ex, Walter from RHOA wanted to “Ask Wendy” about how to not deal with psycho women and which hair dye to use…The crowd even told Walter “To Twirl”…. I can’t …But check out the video of Wendy reading men that tell women to get vaginal rejuvenation because of their shortcomings with no remorse and to see more pictures after the heartbeat!

Do you remember a while back when I posted the contest calling for young ladies to apply for a full makeover from head to toe? (If your memory is old click here) Well many young ladies applied but a young doll by the name of Cristie, an 8th grader applied and she wrote, “I get picked on because of my hair.” That really bothered me. So we decided to select her and girl was she happy. My friends over at Macy’s are always supportive of CourtneyLuv.com so without hesitation they vowed to dress her from head to toe!Celebrity hairsylist Corwin Pledger saw her and said he couldn’t help but see the beauty that was fighting to be exuded. Corwin looked at her and said that he would give her hair a touch that she will not forget (he will be giving a her a new hairstyle for high school too ). He “designed” a style fit for a princess, loose curls to one side so her dimples could show. He also gave her light make up to reveal her beauty. I was in tears through this process because I remember as I child that I would see others with things and want the same thing. I am not in any of the pictures because it isn’t about me. It is about her.

It is often said that you have a twin somewhere. Jordan Dickerson and Robin Jeter had lived in the same city for 17 years, but they never crossed paths until their high schools faced off at a Washington DC track meet. The two teens began to suspect they had more than sports in common when Dickerson’ teammates at Woodrow Wilson High School noticed that a rival runner from Friendship Collegiate Academy bore a striking resemblance to their friend.
“Everyone was saying, ‘It’s your twin, look at your twin over there!’” Dickerson’s mother, Patrice Dickerson, told ABC News of the chance encounter. “They were freaked out by how much they resembled each other.”
“We were just scoping each other out,” Jordan Dickerson told ABC News. “I was trying to look for her [at the track meet] to see how much she looked like me.” Read more

Wendy Williams ain’t having it! She doesn’t buy Kim Kardashian or Kanye West’s relationship at all. She even said that the pregnant reality TV star will break up with the rapper “30 seconds after the baby is born.” Watch after the heartbeat.

“She and Kanye will not make and what kind of mom will she be? A single mom,” so the 48-year-old outspoken TV host tells Andy Cohen. “I believe right now there is probably a plan in motion and Kris [Jenner] is probably helping Kim and Kim is probably asking for the help.”

“I think Kanye’s about sick of all of it and he might think he has invested too much into this family and he is not going to win,” she adds. “You are not going to pull a Kardashian away from Kardashians. They just don’t really understand what it’s like to give up for other people.”

Someone asked me, ‘What quarter are you trying to come out?’ I was like, ‘Oh my God, I haven’t heard that in so long! It’s just about putting the music out when it’s ready. When I wake up in the morning, I get dressed for myself, I listen to what I wanna listen to, I make decisions for me. It’s been interesting to navigate that from such a young age so publicly. But life is short and you have to live for you. I would never wanna look back on my life and feel like I missed out on any of that.
