Jay Z and Kanye weren’t the only celebs in Atlanta this past weekend. Lil Wayne inspired Rob Ector’s (renowned photographer) nephew this Halloween. I like to call him “Lil Lil Wayne.” He was spotted out with Reginae Carter at a costume party in Atlanta.
