Some of music industry’s most empowhering females in the world gathered for the 7th Annual Black Girls Rock held at the Loew’s Hotel in NYC on Saturday (Oct. 13).
Hosted by the beautiful Tracee Ellis Ross and Regina King, included awards and performances by Alicia Keys, Brandy,Ciara, Missy Elliot, and more. BET’s Black Girls Rock will air Nov. 4.
This year I was invited to cover Black Girls Rock 2012 in New York. However, I did not go because I had to go to Alabama to be with my family.
